NSN & Grandson's LTD t/a SNAZI Electrical was founded by Naz, a South African Kiwi whose career in the service and maintenance industry began straight out of school.

Starting in whiteware service, repairs and maintenance, Naz quickly built a strong reputation for his technical ability, reliability and practical approach to solving problems. His career then expanded into commercial catering equipment, where he gained extensive experience servicing and maintaining equipment for some of the world’s best-known restaurant brands, including KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, Pizza Hut and McDonald’s, as well as many other commercial food-service businesses.

Over the years, his expertise continued to grow beyond traditional catering equipment. He went on to work with smart HydroTaps and specialised commercial systems, working alongside and for well-established companies across both industries.

Through decades of hands-on experience, Naz has built a depth of knowledge that comes from being on the tools, hands-on in the field, mentoring, managing and providing technical support. His experience extends beyond simply repairing equipment — it’s about understanding how systems operate in real-world environments, anticipating potential issues and recognising just how important reliable equipment is to a business.

Now, after decades in the industry, Naz has taken the next step and established SNAZI Electrical — bringing that experience directly to his own clients.The philosophy is simple: personal service, honest advice, quality workmanship and competitive rates — without compromising on the standard of the work.

We may not be the biggest name in the industry — and that’s exactly the point.
